Tonkotsu ramen (small sized)
Established in 1954, this establishment has never gone empty on its pots by adding little by little to the original stock on a daily basis.
Containing a drop of the Showa period, the dish has a rich flavor and “umami” while staying mild overall.
Also popular here are the homemade fried dumplings and the fried rice.
